Biomechanics, Equinus & Wound Care Master Class

April 26-27, 2019

Dr. Louis DeCaro, Roberta Nole, MA, PT, CPED of Nolaro24, LLC, Dr. Jon Moore, Dr. Jeff Lehrman, Holly Burkman, MBA of Amerx, and Dr. Patrick Deheer of IQMed are proud to offer a convenient 2-day course on both the science and practice management of biomechanics, orthotics, equinus, and wound care for all ages. Over the past 15 years of lecturing our speakers have been asked hundreds of times “Why don’t you put together a course where we can learn everything from the science to the practice management of treating all ages and all feet?” Off the heels of 4 successful masters classes in 2017 & 2018, we have decided to improve our biomechanics program and add Amerx and their expertise on wound care and compression for successful patient outcomes.

Whether you use the Quadrasteps, Littlesteps, or the Equinus brace already; or you dispense custom foot orthotics and use night splints, or already do wound care, this is the perfect seminar for you. We will invigorate and educate you on every aspect of biomechanics, orthotics, wound care, and equinus treatments.

This seminar offers 13+ hours of content. A limited block of discounted rooms is available at $199 per night.

This Course is Open to DPM, PT, OT, MD, CD, CPED, CO and all medical professionals interested in our lecture topics. Bring your Medical Assistants at a discounted rate!

Nolaro24, LLC is proud to announce the second in a series of 6 BRAND NEW Webinars given by Guest Instructor Liesa Persaud, PT, DPT, PCS, CKTP.

“The Trickiness of Toe Walking” is a 1.5 hour webinar that has been pre-approved by ABC for 2 Contact Hours. The next date is August 27 at 7 PM.

An overview of the mechanism of action of common practices is described, & then questions the clinical efficacy of traditional interventions. The primary aim is to raise the standard of care for children with chronic toe-walking gait.

Participants will be provided with references for additional resources should they choose to further pursue assessment & practical application in greater detail.

Upon completion of the webinar, the participant will be able to:

SPECIAL WEBINAR July 30, 2018 – LIMITED REGISTRATIONS available!

Have you heard about our new webinar “The Foot & the Butt! “Asymptomatic” Pediatric Flatfoot & its Effects on Core Weakness”, by guest instructor Liesa M. Persaud, PT, DPT, PCS, CKTP?

This newly developed webinar describes how pediatric foot & gait development is worsening due to the influences of a modern lifestyle. Specifically, it addresses why pediatric flat foot is never “asymptomatic”, and its negative effects on gait and postural control. The differences between growing pains and pain related to biomechanical etiologies are explained, including scientific evidence that supports the use of orthoses. In addition, the significance of ossification is identified, and the relationship between foot position & core recruitment is presented in a clinically relevant manner.

Liesa M. Persaud, PT, DPT, PCS, CKTP is a licensed physical therapist with 27 years experience in the field of adult and pediatric therapy. Additionally, she has educated health care professionals, both nationally and internationally, in advanced treatment techniques, specialized practical training and consultative services.
