"I have had such great relief with my initial D (Quad) inserts that I have since ordered a second set. After spending almost a year of getting cortisone shots in my heels, wearing various daytime and nighttime braces, as wall as trying dozens of shoe/insert combinations with no appreciable relief I am happy to tell you that I have spent more pain free time on my feet in this last month than I had in the past year. "Roberta, I want to thank you again for giving me the use of my feet without pain. I have been using your orthotics design for 5 years. Prior to meeting you I had tried many solutions to my hurting feet. Some examples are:

1. Two podiatrists who sold me on cortisone shots and orthotics. This didn't cure the problem. One of these people said if the shots didn't work he could cut the tendon. I never went back to him.
2. A physical therapist who didn't understand foot problems.
3. A physical therapist who claimed she had been making orthotics for 25 years. These didn't solve my aching feet.
4. An acupuncturist who tried to stop the pain. This didn't work.

Your system of engineering orthotics to the natural movement of the foot is fantastic. I can't thank you enough for giving me back the pain-free use of my feet."

As a mother and a physical therapist I became concerned when my child, Ava, began in-toeing significantly. By age three she was tripping over her own two feet. We followed up with an orthopedist and she was diagnosed with tibial torsion and hip anteversion. Despite the diagnoses, we were given little suggestion for treatment. After researching littleSTEPS® orthotics, I fitted her using the printout from the website, ordered her size, and received them in the mail in less than three days! I see many kids (& parents) that need some type of arch support and I am thrilled that there are different Supports for different Foot types.

As you know, many of the arch supports that these kids have are from a Podiatrist or orthopedist, who placed their feet in a mold and made them into arch supports. They do nothing for positioning and alignment.
